Bob Bryant, SVP & CEO

Bob has held a number of senior management positions over the past thirty plus years and in his current capacity as SVP & CEO he is accountable for all facets of COLDMAX EMC. 

As the CEO of COLDMAX EMC, Bob guides the strategic direction and positioning of COLDMAX EMC while maintaining oversight of each core function of the business in order to ensure that all activities were aligned and support the direction of the company. 

Prior to joining COLDMAX EMC, Bob has held a number of senior positions in the Telecom industry and was most recently President of a broadband service provider in the Niagara Region.

Jamey McDaniel, Global Sales

Jamey is an experienced sales leader and is known for leading rapid growth through sales leadership, mentoring sales teams, opening new markets. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous customer and energy management conferences.

As the head of Global sales, Jamey guides the strategic direction and positioning of COLDMAX EMC in all sales verticals ensuring that all activities are aligned and support the direction of the company. 

 

Javier Humeda, VP Business Development Mexico

Javier has 25 years of professional experience in Strategic and Financial Planning, Investment Project Evaluation, Costs & Budget, International Business Management, and Sales and Marketing. 

Javier held the Director of Evaluation of Investment Projects at Whirlpool Mexico for five years, and as Director of Exports at Whirlpool-Vitro positions the various Whirlpool brands in most of the Caribbean, and Central and South American countries.

After working with Whirlpool, Javier took on the VP of Sales and Marketing for Mexico and Latin America position at WC WOOD Corporation, a freezer manufacturer. Javier took on the design and implementation of the entire commercial and administrative structure to penetrate the markets of Mexico and Latin America. Sales of $0 to $1.0 M USD per month were achieved over a period of 18 months.

In 2011 Javier established Coldmax Mexico in collaboration with Coldmax Corporation. Product development in Asia for Latin American marketing and sales strategies were the primary focus.

Stephanie Linneborn, Controller

Stephanie has supported the COLDMAX Group of Companies for the past 12 years.  In her current roles, she is responsible for providing leadership of financial management systems, financial reporting requirements, budgeting, forecasting and tax planning.

As part of a team of the senior management team, Stephanie plays a key role in developing the strategic vision and financial plan to achieve the organization's growth plans, management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization- budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, balance sheet, revenue & expense, A/R, A/P, payroll.

Stephanie is a graduate of Niagara College and a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region. 

Stephanie has completed her payroll compliance practitioner certificate with the Canadian Payroll Association.
